3. OUR ROLE AND SUPPLY CHAIN POSITION

IRON YOLK operates as a brand owner, reseller and distributor of eggs.

We are responsible for:

We are not responsible for primary production.

4. Producer Responsibility and Food Compliance

Country Lane Foods is solely responsible for:

• Egg production and farming practices

While IRON YOLK undertakes reasonable steps to partner with compliant suppliers, we do not control or supervise production activities.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Loss arising from reliance on general nutritional information

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK (FOOD HANDLING)

Customers acknowledge that:

• Eggs are raw agricultural products

• Safe handling, cooking and storage are required

IRON YOLK is not liable for:

• Illness resulting from improper handling or cooking

• Failure to follow standard food safety guidance

14. WEBSITE USE

1. EGGS (PERISHABLE GOODS)

Eggs cannot be returned unless faulty. Issues must be reported within 24 hours with evidence where required.

2. RESPONSIBILITY CLARIFICATION

Eggs are produced and packed by Country Lane Foods Horizon Farm, Tremar, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 6EA (with operations at Ten Acres Industrial Estate, Pensilva, Liskeard) who are responsible for production, welfare and food safety. IRON YOLK is responsible for order handling, delivery coordination and customer support.

3. MERCHANDISE

14 day return period. Items must be unused. Customer pays return shipping unless faulty.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

IRON YOLK operates as a brand and reseller. All eggs are laid and packed by Fluffetts Farm Packing Station (UK-6-503). Fluffetts Farm is responsible for production, welfare, grading and food safety compliance. IRON YOLK does not produce eggs or control farming operations. Customers must store and handle eggs correctly. IRON YOLK is not liable for issues arising from improper storage, handling or production.

British Athletes Fund Policy

Operated by IRON YOLK LTD

1. Our Purpose

The British Athletes Fund was created by IRON YOLK LTD to identify, support and champion promising British athletes who are committed to progressing within their sport.

Sporting potential is not always matched by financial opportunity. Training, equipment, coaching, travel and competition can create significant costs for developing athletes.

Our aim is to help remove some of those barriers by backing athletes who demonstrate potential, ambition, discipline and a serious commitment to their future.

The Fund is also about building genuine relationships. Athletes selected for support become IRON YOLK Athlete Partners, creating a partnership in which IRON YOLK backs their sporting journey and they, in turn, help represent the IRON YOLK brand.

2. How the Fund is Funded

Money may be contributed to the British Athletes Fund through:

• Contributions made by IRON YOLK LTD, including contributions linked to sales of IRON YOLK products.

• Direct contributions from customers and supporters.

• Fundraising campaigns and events.

• Commercial partnerships and sponsorship.

• Other fundraising activities undertaken by IRON YOLK LTD.

Where IRON YOLK states that a specific amount from the sale of a product is allocated to the British Athletes Fund, that amount will be allocated to the Fund.

IRON YOLK LTD will maintain records of amounts allocated to the Fund, funding committed or awarded to athletes and the remaining balance.

3. The Fund Counter

Where a British Athletes Fund counter is displayed on the IRON YOLK website or elsewhere, the figure represents the amount raised or allocated to the British Athletes Fund, unless specifically stated otherwise.

It should not be interpreted as the amount already distributed to athletes.

The figure may be periodically adjusted to reflect new contributions, funding awards, refunds, cancellations or accounting corrections.

4. Who Can Apply

The Fund is intended primarily for British athletes who can demonstrate sporting potential and a serious commitment to progressing within their chosen sport.

Athletes may compete at junior, development, amateur, semi-professional, elite or other recognised levels.

We are interested in more than medals and rankings. We want to understand an athlete's journey, work ethic, development, ambitions and what they are prepared to do to reach the next level.

Applicants may be asked to provide evidence of achievements, competition history, rankings, club or governing-body affiliation, training commitments, upcoming events and their intended use of funding.

Applicants under the age of 18 will require the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian throughout the application and partnership process.

5. Mandatory Face-to-Face Meeting

Shortlisted athletes must attend a face-to-face meeting with IRON YOLK before funding and an Athlete Partnership can be approved.

This is a mandatory part of our selection process.

During the meeting, athletes will be expected to discuss and, where appropriate, present their:

Past — sporting background, achievements, challenges and progression to date.

Present — current performance, training regime, coaching, competitions and level of commitment.

Future — ambitions, upcoming competitions, development goals and what they are working towards.

Athletes should also be prepared to explain what financial support they are seeking, what it will be used for and how that support could contribute to their progression.

The meeting allows us to understand the person behind the performance. We want to identify athletes who demonstrate the attitude, discipline, ambition and commitment that the British Athletes Fund exists to support.

Attendance at a meeting does not guarantee funding.

6. How Athletes Are Selected

Every application will be considered individually.

IRON YOLK may consider factors including:

• Sporting achievements and current performance.

• Potential and development trajectory.

• Training commitment and consistency.

• Future sporting ambitions.

• Upcoming competitions and opportunities.

• Financial requirements.

• Proposed use of funding.

• Professionalism and attitude.

• Willingness and ability to participate meaningfully in an IRON YOLK partnership.

There is no automatic entitlement to funding, and meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee that an application will be successful.

The number of athletes supported and the level of funding available will depend on the resources available within the British Athletes Fund.

Where someone involved in a funding decision has a material personal or financial relationship with an applicant, that relationship should be disclosed and that person should not make the funding decision alone.

7. What Funding Can Support

Funding may contribute towards reasonable future costs directly associated with an athlete's sporting development, including:

Training and coaching • competition and entry fees • equipment and kit • travel and accommodation • specialist sporting support • other agreed costs directly associated with training, development or competition.

Awards may cover all or part of a particular cost.

IRON YOLK may choose to pay an athlete directly or make payment directly to a coach, club, governing body, competition organiser, equipment supplier, travel provider or other relevant third party.

8. No Retrospective Funding

The British Athletes Fund is designed to help athletes move forward.

Funding cannot ordinarily be claimed retrospectively.

The Fund will not reimburse costs associated with competitions, travel, accommodation, equipment, coaching, training or other expenditure incurred before funding was formally approved, unless IRON YOLK LTD has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Athletes should therefore apply for support before the event, competition, purchase or activity for which funding is required.

9. Becoming an IRON YOLK Athlete Partner

Support from the British Athletes Fund is based on a partnership, rather than simply the provision of funding.

Successful applicants will be required to enter into a written IRON YOLK Athlete Partnership Agreement before receiving financial or other support.

The agreement will clearly set out what IRON YOLK has committed to provide, the duration of the partnership and what is reasonably expected from the athlete in return.

The precise requirements may differ between athletes depending on their sport, level, age, existing commitments and the nature of the support provided.

10. Representing IRON YOLK

As part of their Athlete Partnership Agreement, supported athletes may be expected to:

• Wear agreed IRON YOLK branded clothing or merchandise before or around competitions, training sessions, appearances or other relevant occasions where permitted.

• Recognise IRON YOLK as a supporter or partner where appropriate.

• Participate in agreed photography, filming or content creation.

• Allow IRON YOLK to document and share agreed aspects of their sporting journey.

• Participate in reasonable social-media, campaign or promotional activity.

• Provide occasional updates on their training, competitions and progress.

• Make reasonable appearances at agreed IRON YOLK events or activations where practical.

• Conduct themselves professionally when formally representing the partnership.

Any specific deliverables, content rights, appearances or promotional commitments will be defined within the athlete's individual agreement rather than assumed under this policy.

IRON YOLK will not require an athlete to breach the rules of their sport, governing body, club, competition or an existing contractual or sponsorship commitment.

11. Use of Funding

Funding must be used for the purpose for which it was approved.

IRON YOLK LTD may request receipts, invoices, booking confirmations or other reasonable evidence demonstrating how funding has been spent.

Where circumstances change and funding can no longer be used for its agreed purpose, the athlete should contact IRON YOLK before using it for something else.

Knowingly using funding for a materially different or misleading purpose may result in further funding being withheld, termination of the Athlete Partnership and/or a request for repayment where permitted under the Athlete Partnership Agreement.

12. Duration and Level of Support

There is no standard level of funding or guaranteed duration of support.

An award may be:

• A one-off contribution towards a specific competition, item or development opportunity.

• Funding provided across an agreed period.

• Product, equipment or other non-cash support.

• A combination of financial and non-financial support.

The amount, duration and conditions of support will be agreed with each athlete individually.

Receiving funding on one occasion does not create an automatic entitlement to future funding.

13. Existing Sponsors and Sporting Regulations

Applicants must disclose relevant sponsorship, endorsement, club, governing-body or other contractual arrangements that could affect their ability to represent IRON YOLK.

Athletes remain responsible for understanding and complying with the regulations governing their sport, including any rules relating to sponsorship, advertising, branded clothing, amateur status or commercial partnerships.

Where an athlete cannot display IRON YOLK branding at a particular competition or venue because of legitimate sporting or contractual restrictions, this will be taken into account when establishing their individual partnership requirements.

14. Athlete Content, Image and Story

One of the objectives of the British Athletes Fund is to give people supporting the Fund an opportunity to see the athletes and journeys they are helping to support.

With the appropriate permissions and subject to the Athlete Partnership Agreement, IRON YOLK may share an athlete's name, sporting story, photographs, video, achievements, training and progress through its website, social media, packaging, advertising, PR and other marketing communications.

The specific rights granted to IRON YOLK, permitted uses, duration and any restrictions will be established within the relevant Athlete Partnership Agreement.

For athletes under 18, appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian will be required.

15. Transparency

IRON YOLK LTD intends the British Athletes Fund to operate transparently.

We may publish information including:

the amount raised • amounts committed or distributed • number of athletes supported • athlete stories • competitions and projects supported • progress and achievements of Athlete Partners.

Publication of information about individual athletes will be subject to appropriate permissions and applicable data-protection requirements.

16. Direct Contributions to the Fund

Money contributed directly to the British Athletes Fund will be used to further the purposes described within this policy.

Unless a fundraising campaign expressly states that money is being raised exclusively for a named athlete or specific purpose, contributions are made to the overall British Athletes Fund rather than to an individual athlete.

This allows IRON YOLK to allocate available funding among eligible athletes and opportunities in accordance with this policy.

If funds cannot reasonably be used for a particular stated initiative, they may be redirected towards another eligible athlete or a closely related activity consistent with the Fund's purpose, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

17. Status of the British Athletes Fund

The British Athletes Fund is an initiative operated by IRON YOLK LTD and is not a registered charity.

Contributions should therefore not be represented as charitable donations, and IRON YOLK LTD does not claim Gift Aid or charitable tax relief in relation to those contributions.

Support from the Fund does not create an employment relationship between an athlete and IRON YOLK LTD.

Any commercial, promotional or partnership obligations between IRON YOLK and an athlete will instead be governed by the relevant Athlete Partnership Agreement.

18. Ending an Athlete Partnership

IRON YOLK LTD may suspend or end funding in accordance with an athlete's individual agreement, including where an athlete materially breaches that agreement, provides materially false or misleading information, misuses funding or repeatedly fails to meet agreed partnership commitments.

The Athlete Partnership Agreement will set out the relevant termination provisions and any consequences relating to committed or already-paid funding.

19. Changes to the Fund

IRON YOLK LTD may review and update this policy as the British Athletes Fund develops.

Changes may include eligibility requirements, application procedures, selection criteria, permitted funding, partnership requirements or the way the Fund is administered.

The current version will be published through the appropriate IRON YOLK channels.
