LIVE ROLES AT IRON YOLK

  • Market-rate day pay for a structured, low-pressure delivery route.

    We’re looking for a reliable and organised delivery driver to support our weekly operations, delivering fresh Iron Yolk eggs to over 30 partner locations.

    The Role

    You’ll be responsible for collecting stock from our farms and delivering to gyms and locations across Southampton, Portsmouth, and Bournemouth. This is a key role in the business, ensuring our product arrives fresh, on time, and in perfect condition. The eggs you carry are fragile so we are looking for a driver who can take care when driving. You may also be provided with a Van which will need to be looked after and collected and returned before and after your shift.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect eggs from partner farms on a scheduled day each week

    • Safely transport and deliver to 30+ locations

    • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes

    • Handle goods with care to avoid damage

    • Maintain clear communication with the team and partner locations

    • Ensure timely deliveries and resolve any on-the-day issues

    • Keep basic delivery records where required

    Requirements

    • Full, valid UK driving licence

    • Proven experience in delivery driving or similar role preferred

    • Strong time management and organisational skills

    • Reliable, punctual, and professional

    • Physically capable of lifting and carrying boxes

    • Good knowledge of local routes across the South Coast

    • Access to a suitable vehicle (preferred, depending on setup)

    • Basic understanding of health and safety when transporting goods

    Role Details

    • Contract role (not full-time employment)

    • Part-time initially (1 day per week)

    • £120-£150 per day

    • Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expands

  • We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help build and grow the IRON YOLK brand online.

    This isn’t about chasing trends or posting for the sake of it. It’s about creating simple, strong, consistent content that reflects what we stand for. Real food, Healthy lifestyle and fun!

    The Role

    You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across our social channels, helping turn IRON YOLK into a recognisable and talked-about brand.

    From gym culture to food, lifestyle, and everyday habits, your job is to make the brand feel real, relevant, and worth following. You will need to be able to be in front and behind the camera, be comfortable working with partners and influencers in gyms and kitchens helping create engaging on brand content. Travel will be required but you can work from home when not shooting content.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and manage a weekly content calendar

    • Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

    • Capture and edit photo and video content (gym, food, lifestyle)

    • Write clear, on-brand captions and messaging

    • Engage with the audience and respond to comments/messages

    • Identify content opportunities with partner gyms and locations

    • Track performance and refine content based on what works

    Requirements

    • Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business

    • Strong eye for content, design, and storytelling

    • Confident shooting and editing content on mobile

    • Understanding of current social platforms and formats

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently

    • Based on or able to travel across the South Coast (preferred) and work from home when editing

    Role Details

    • Contract role (not full-time employment)

    • Part-time / flexible hours

    • £180 per day
